Terms of Sales

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through the Mas del Vilà online store. Before completing an order, the customer must read and accept these conditions.

1. Seller identification

2. Products, availability and prices

Mas del Vilà mainly sells food and artisan products. The main characteristics of each product are shown on the corresponding product page.

All prices displayed in the online store are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before the purchase is confirmed.

Orders are subject to product availability. If, exceptionally, a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer to offer an alternative or issue the corresponding refund.

3. Purchase process

To make a purchase, the customer must select the desired products, add them to the shopping cart and follow the checkout process indicated in the online store.

Before confirming the order, the customer will be able to review the selected products, quantities, prices, shipping costs and the total purchase amount.

Once the purchase process has been successfully completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided.

4. Payment methods

The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process and may include:

• Credit or debit card through a secure payment gateway.
• PayPal.
• Bank transfer.

For orders paid by bank transfer, preparation of the order may begin once receipt of payment has been confirmed.

Mas del Vilà does not store the complete bank card details used to make payments.

5. Shipping and delivery

The available shipping options and their costs are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Orders may currently be delivered using the shipping services available in the store, including NACEX and Correos, or collected directly from Mas del Vilà, Vinyols i els Arcs (Tarragona), Spain, when this option is available.

The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary due to logistical circumstances or events beyond the control of Mas del Vilà.

If a significant incident prevents an order from being delivered within the expected timeframe, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a general rule, and provided that none of the legally established exceptions apply, consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to notify us of their decision to withdraw from the purchase.

To exercise this right, the customer must clearly communicate their decision to info@masdelvila.com, providing the information necessary to identify the order.

Due to the food-related nature of our products, for reasons of food safety, health and hygiene, we will not accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed or handled, or that do not retain their original packaging and seal in perfect condition, where the legal exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

The right of withdrawal will also not apply to products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the customer has communicated their decision to withdraw.

The direct cost of returning the products will be borne by the customer, except where the return results from an error by Mas del Vilà, a defective product or an incident attributable to us.

7. Defective, damaged or incorrect products

If the customer receives a defective product, a product damaged during transport or a product different from the one ordered, they should notify us at info@masdelvila.com as soon as possible, stating the order number and, where necessary, providing photographs that allow us to identify the issue.

Where the issue is attributable to Mas del Vilà or the carrier, we will arrange, as appropriate, the replacement of the product, a refund or another suitable solution, at no additional cost to the customer and in accordance with applicable legislation.

8. Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method of reimbursement is expressly agreed.

In the event of withdrawal, the refund will be made without undue delay and within the time limits established by law. Mas del Vilà may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received or until the customer provides evidence that they have been returned, where legally permitted.

9. Data protection

Personal data provided during the purchasing process will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law and by the applicable consumer protection legislation.

In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts determined by the applicable legislation, while respecting in all cases the rights legally granted to consumers.
