We only use olives harvested at their optimal time of natural ripening. We macerate them in the home style; with aromatic herbs and salt.

Open and serve cold. We recommend not throwing away the water as it protects the olives and keeps them in perfect condition and flavor.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
