Extra Virgin 5L

Cold-extracted Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced exclusively from our own harvest of Arbequina olives grown on our estates in Vinyols i els Arcs and Les Borges.

Smooth and well balanced, it offers aromas of ripe fruit, with notes reminiscent of banana combined with hints of freshly cut grass. On the palate it is mild and pleasant, with a delicate fresh almond note characteristic of the Arbequina variety.

This is a superior-category Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Ideal for enjoying raw, dressing salads, serving with toasted bread, as well as for cooking and frying.

Unfiltered olive oil: we preserve our olive oil naturally, without subjecting it to a filtration process. This helps maintain a more natural profile and preserve the characteristic aromas and flavours of freshly produced olive oil.

Because it is unfiltered, small amounts of sediment may appear at the bottom of the container over time. This is a completely natural characteristic of unfiltered olive oil and does not affect the quality of the product.

Presented in a 5 L aluminium tin, a lightweight, resistant container especially suitable for preserving olive oil. The tin protects the oil from light, one of the factors that can affect its quality, and helps preserve its aroma and flavour during storage.

The 5 L format is particularly suitable for regular family use, providing a generous quantity of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a practical container that is easy to store and helps keep the oil protected from light.
