Cold-extracted Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced exclusively from our own Arbequina olives grown on our estates in Vinyols i els Arcs and Les Borges.
Smooth and well balanced, it offers aromas of ripe fruit, with notes reminiscent of banana combined with hints of freshly cut grass. On the palate it is mild and pleasant, with a delicate fresh almond note characteristic of Arbequina olives.
This is a superior-category Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Ideal for enjoying raw, dressing salads and vegetables, serving with toasted bread, as well as for cooking and frying.
Unfiltered olive oil: we preserve our olive oil naturally, without filtration. For this reason, small amounts of sediment may appear at the bottom of the bottle over time. This is a natural characteristic of unfiltered olive oil and does not affect the quality of the product.
